Doug Walsh is the founder of True Natural Horsemanship.
His work isn’t about methods or mastery — it’s about restoring feel.
Doug came to horses as an adult, without shortcuts or apprenticeships under big names.
He learned by paying attention — to fear, to tension, to what didn’t work — and by staying curious long enough for something truer to emerge.
That lived experience shapes how he teaches:

- relationship over performance

Do I have to attend every week?
No. This isn’t a program to keep up with or a commitment to maintain.
Surface to Soul LIVE is a space you can return to whenever it feels supportive. Come once, come often, or come back later — the work doesn’t punish pauses.
What if I don’t volunteer or ask a question?
That’s completely fine.
Many people experience the biggest shifts simply by listening and orienting. Hearing real situations often clarifies your own — without needing to be in the spotlight.
Are the sessions recorded?
No. Sessions are live and intentionally not archived. This helps create a safer, more honest space where people can ask real questions without worrying about recordings living online.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes — and also for experienced riders.
Surface to Soul LIVE isn’t about skill level. It’s about relationship. Whether you’re just starting or have years in the saddle, orientation and feel benefit everyone.
Is this a sales webinar?
No. This session exists to help you feel what this work is actually about.
